Who Are We?
Welcome to A Sentimento Pizzeria — where passion meets pizza!
Our journey began with three Italian friends: Mariano, Francesco, and Federico. What brought us together? A shared, undeniable love for one thing: GOOD FOOD!
We come from different parts of Italy — Mariano and Federico from Rome, and Francesco from Molfetta in the beautiful Puglia region. Together, we bring over 30 years of combined experience in the food and beverage industry. From working in kitchens and restaurants across Italy to gaining international experience in the UK (Federico and Francesco) and the United States (Mariano), we’ve carried the heart of Italian culinary culture with us every step of the way.
At A Sentimento, we believe in turning passion into purpose. That’s why we created more than just a pizzeria — we created a space to share our story, our food, and our love for authentic Italian flavors with a community of fellow food lovers.
